Estimates provided by Bellflower Sunrooms and Patios are based on information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work discussed. Estimates are not binding contracts. A final written proposal will be provided, and no work will begin until both parties have signed a written agreement specifying the full scope, materials, and total cost.
Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work - for example, structural damage, hidden utility lines, or soil conditions that require additional labor or materials. We will notify you in writing before performing any work outside the agreed scope, and you will have the opportunity to approve or decline the additional work.
Project start dates are scheduled after all required permits are approved and a signed contract and required deposit are received. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by permit review times, weather conditions, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any schedule changes as promptly as possible.
If you wish to cancel a scheduled project, you must provide written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and any materials that have been ordered or work that has been performed. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written contract.
Payment terms will be specified in your written contract. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be stated in the contract.
Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in the contract may be subject to a late fee as stated in the contract. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate work on the project and to pursue collection through lawful means.
Bellflower Sunrooms and Patios is responsible for obtaining required building permits for work we perform, as specified in the written contract. You are responsible for any separate approvals required by a homeowner association (HOA) or other private governing body. We will assist you in preparing materials for HOA submissions where possible, but final responsibility for HOA compliance rests with the homeowner.
Bellflower Sunrooms and Patios provides workmanship warranties as specified in your written contract. These warranties cover defects in our labor and installation work. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate and governed by the terms of the applicable manufacturer.
Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, acts of nature (including earthquakes, floods, or extreme wind events), modifications made by parties other than Bellflower Sunrooms and Patios, or normal wear and tear.
Except as stated in the written contract, we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the services we provide.
